Job offers
FEDORA - The European Circle of Philanthropists of Opera and Ballet is a non-profit organisation that supports creativity and innovation in the future of opera and dance in Europe. FEDORA acts as a European quality label promoting innovative opera and dance co-productions, created by emerging artists, through the FEDORA Prizes and the Next Stage Grants, as well as its online platform, co-funded by the European Union's Creative Europe programme.
The association uniquely combines European public and private funds to develop new funding models to encourage the sustainable, inclusive and digital transformation of the 130 European opera houses, dance festivals and institutions that are part of its cultural and philanthropic network.
The Communications and Philanthropy Trainee will work closely with the Communications & Marketing Department as well as the Philanthropy team.
The Communications & Marketing Department at FEDORA handles the strategic development of FEDORA's online and offline presence. As a Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of cultural communication and work closely with the Communications & Marketing Manager.
The Trainee will learn about cultural philanthropy in the field of opera and dance while assisting the Communications & Marketing team's work with strategic communications partners and agencies.
Communications will revolve around the activities of FEDORA, its philanthropic community, its network of over 130 opera houses, dance companies and festivals, as well as artists who led innovative opera and dance creations, involved in the past editions of the FEDORA Prizes Competition.
With the Philanthropy team, you will work on the development of fundraising campaigns and donor relations, aiming to strengthen FEDORA’s network of members and partners.
